Oklahoma Caring Van Program
(Mobile Immunization Clinics)
The
Oklahoma Caring Vans provide free immunizations to children across
the state of Oklahoma. Thousands of children have been immunized
since the program began. A licensed nurse from the city/county
Health Department administers the immunizations. Patient information
is entered into Oklahoma State Immunization Information System
(OSIIS) so children's immunization records are readily available.
